Had booked an appointment to see an advisor about my bracelet and Tommy was great, he helped me clean my bracelet and sorted out the issue I had with it swiftly. He explains everything thoroughly and helped me place an order. Tommy is knowledgeable, VCA took good care of me in the after sales department.

Beautiful store and lovely staff
I had the opportunity to meet Tommy once while shopping with my granddaughter, and I was so impressed by him. He is truly endearing and extremely capable. Not only is he knowledgeable about the jewelry and how it’s made, but he shares that information in such a personable and genuine way. There’s an air of honesty about him that’s rare—he never pushes a sale, and yet he provides so much insight about the value of the jewelry. He’s the ultimate gentleman.
