The service at Van Cleef & Arpels was absolutely exceptional. The staff were professional and welcoming, making the entire experience feel truly special. I also really enjoyed the complimentary chocolates, cookies, and macarons—they were delicious and added a lovely touch to the visit. A perfect world-class boutique experience

Please stay away from this location. Reviews show for itself as Laura, the assistant manager discriminates and profiles clients. I’m here to share my story, so no one will experience the awful treatment my sister and I endured. My sister and I are considered high end buyers. We were always going to purchase one butterfly necklace that is shy of $19,000. We choose this location because Amex will give you gift cards or reimburse. Came to the store to pick up my necklace at 5:55, they work until 6 but already closed. This is unbelievable, I worked all dah and drove through traffic.

The Van Cleef & Arpels store in San Diego did not greet me warmly when I arrived, nor did they offer any form of welcome. Instead, they immediately asked why I was there. Their service was extremely unfriendly and rude. (Especially, the white man with blond hair was so rude.) In contrast, the Van Cleef & Arpels stores in other cities were very kind, but this one was different. Please avoid this store. It was the worst experience I’ve had.
