I had great experience at VanCleef & Arples Wynn, even I did not buy anything the sales lady treated me really patience and respectful ! She was really helpful to recommend bracelet which would much me the most ! The store always offer me free water and chocolate even I did not purchase anything, and the service was fantastic ! If I decide to buy the bracelet , this will be the boutique that I will be considered !
I had a very disappointing experience last Christmas at Van Cleef Wynn. From the moment I arrived, I was left waiting outside facing the unwelcoming closed doors and security gazes for far too long, which is not acceptable as I can see clearly two associates walking inside with no clients.
