Well except empty chocolate boxes they gave us, the rest is good! Also if you forget to ask for cleaning kit, they wont give you!

this is about the sales associates not the security or beverage employees. honestly make the drive to another city or a different country for better service. over 2-3 trips here i’ve had less than ideal service from VC sales associates. over 2-3 different times they have never answered a store phone call for questions, etc. as I receive my product the SA doesn’t wear gloves as every other VC SA has for product wear/examination. in addition she just let out my bracelet “pouch” on the table unkept and I had to ask for a bag so... read more

My wife and I visited the store to purchase a small jewelry piece we really liked. The associate informed us that all pieces are made in France upon order and typically have a 1–2 month lead time. We asked if we could place a deposit until the item arrived, but she said the full amount had to be paid up front. We agreed and paid in full.
