It was a pleasure working with everyone at Van Cleave Construction. Erich had great suggestions when we first started planning. Melissa helped me feel confident in my design choices. Aaron communicated about our time frame and Ralph and Cole and Ryan worked through challenges and paid attention to detail. We love our new kitchen and recommend the Van Cleave team to everyone who asks.
The team at Van Cleave Construction is absolutely the best in the business! They are knowledgeable and courteous, and they do such a great job. We had them put in new windows, doors, and siding. It looks so great, and they were all so easy to work with. We gave them some really challenging tasks and they took it all on easily. When we asked for new windows, we asked them to permanently remove 3 windows, we removed 2 doors, and we turned one of the double windows into a french door. We love our new hardwood floors! Ralph, Cole, Jaxson, and Ryan did a great job with demo, paint, and clean up! Can't wait to get the walls finished and furniture back in place!
Van Cleave is the way to go. From the time I got together with Mellisa to get things going, materials colors and design chosen, Ralf came in and with Kole's help did a really quality job that came in on time. Easy to talk to and with a good work ethic. Good experience
