We recently purchased a new 2024 Storyteller Beast Mode XO from Van City RV, and the entire experience was exceptional! Our experience with Van City RV began on October 10, 2025, when we completed the paperwork to take ownership of a New 2024 Storyteller Beast Mode XO. Everything went smoothly until we noticed fluid leaking beneath the vehicle, which was later identified as diesel fuel. We also discovered cracks in the bathroom doors, which the team acknowledged were covered under warranty and stated would be replaced once the parts arrived. I have a 2018 Pleasureway class B rv and went to this dealership for a problem with rapid discharging of my 2 lithium batteries. Presenting problem was when dry camping my batteries were going dead in the middle of the night which meant my refig would go off and my food would be compromised. The service dept. (Jorge) was convinced the two lithium batteries were the problem.
