En cas de soucis , je recommande de rester courtois et poli dans les démarches de réclamation. Les interventions suivantes ont été concluantes et satisfaisants . Während unserer Nordamerikareise hatten wir ein Problem mit unserer deutschen Truma-Heizung. Wir bestellten die Ersatzteile in Deutschland. Mit den Ersatzteilen haben wir einen Termin in dieser Werkstatt mit Truma - Vertretung bekommen. Wir wollten die Ersatzteile nicht selbst einbauen um die Garantie in Deutschland nicht zu verlieren. Aus den veranschlagten 2,5 Std wurden 6 Std und am Ende bekammen sie die Heizung nicht zum laufen. Der Einbau der Teile hat 500$ gekostet. I had a truck cab over camper And a trailer I was towing and I was looking for a solution to charge the batteries, and I hadn’t run the small Onan generator And they opened it up and it was immaculate inside with clean oil and they got it to work with carb fluid and thank God I have batteries now cause I have two pop outs and if they get stuck out in your batteries are dead it’s terrible And they didn’t even charge me anything. They helped me so much. I’m driving to Maine from San Jose California.
