Horrible customer service. They put the wrong name on the title. And after 2 months of "fixing" the title issue my car has been totalled in a hit and run and Insurance can't do anything until the title is fixed and they're response to this issue was "if you don't have the title and we don't have the title then " *shrugs shoulders* and I was told they would fix the issue themselves. They never answer the phones and it seems as if they don't really care to help fix the problems they caused. I will not be buying a car from here... read more

Tim, our sales person was so scatter brained that he wrote the wrong address on our title, lied to us about the dealership covering taxes on the car until after the purchase where he suddenly has no recollection of that conversation, after the title was fixed it was not signed, when my girlfriend went back to have it signed the staff literally made her sit there for 15 minutes while they broke danced on the sales floor. Not very customer orinated. Left my mom waiting for an oil change for 5 hours while they pushed people ahead. On top she had a gas cap issue that they simply ignored.
