I’m new to the area and looking for a dealership. My wife and I are looking for a new traverse and I’m a loyalty guy so I always check out the service department before we buy. I stopped by today to see if I could get an oil change. It was 7:10 in the am and I was the only one in the drive through bay. Salesman place adds on Facebook market place insinuating vehicles are there's. That's not my issue. My issue is being lied too. I had asked if seller (salesman that works there) if the would take an offer I made ,"sure" he said. Talked to him and got the run around. Went to Van to look at similar vehicle which come to find wad the same vehicle 🤔. Well wanted to look at Thursday and salesman said it was sold 20min. prior. I was angry of course. Stay away from the service center! Called in on a brand new equinox for servicing. As I only have one car. This dealership will not allow a loaner car for 48 hours after they hold your car for a diagnostic. The representative was Ash I spoke with, and this dealership is obviously not accommodating to customers recommend taking all your servicing needs to Heartland Chevrolet, where they were more than accommodating. -100/10
