I wouldn’t trust these cheats with a box of hot wheels. They are crooks and liars that will attempt to alter paperwork to make a quick profit. Make sure to double check all your paperwork before signing. I caught them trying to sneak an extra $3,000+ charge to my total price without saying a word. On top of that their service department is completely incompetent, rude, and they definitely try the same shady sales practices as the car salesmen.

RecommendedI had fantastic customer service today with Mallory, Veronica, & Mallax! The auto repair department is honest and I always save money. Mallory is super supportive and offered me a loaner vehicle since I was moving! Their hospitality is why I trust them and keep coming back.

Horrible service! Would not recommend. I was charge over 2,000 for my car to turn off on me as soon as I had taken it home. They ripped parts in my car & blamed me for it. I had spoken to EVERY single manager from services & they were so rude. Seemed racist, belittled me as a costumer. will be contacting Fox4NewsProblemsSolvers!
I strongly do NOT recommend this dealership. Came here looking for a vehicle for my teenage son for college and had a set price/ payment requirement. They quoted me the wrong price, went above his budget, changed the loan term jacking up his payment and then with a warranty- it was $190 more a month than his starting point. It took forever just to find all of this out and in the end we walked out without a vehicle. Do NOT come here for work on your car. They will lie about what's wrong with your car then get rude about it! They rip off veterans and front line workers! We came to get a diagnostic test done and what they told us was wrong was not the issue at all! Then tried to charge an arm and a leg for something that didn't even need to be replaced!!!
Awesome experience with Jarrett in service and certified technicians in the shop. Also the collision center made my 19 Silverado brand new again. If you live north it’s Van Chevrolet no question.
