I went to the one off Vivian road. I always go to that one. Been going for years now. I went today to get all new tires and an oil change and had a great experience. I was waiting in the waiting room and they offered me water, they told me 2.5 hours but it only took them 2 hours. Offered 50% of our trade in value (when we walked out-Mgr chased us out and increased offer by 40%). Also initially asked for $2,700 for window tint which we ultimately got at no charge. They charged the usual $499 doc fee only to screw it up-wrong value reported and stated the bolt was a gas vehicle so we had to spend over an hour at DOT to get a new title, registration and 2/3rd's of the wrong registration fee refunded. My wife drove hours and booked a hotel to purchase a vehicle from Van and unfortunately a pre-existing issue with steering was not noticed nor disclosed to her. Please Read My wife called to see what kind of warranty we had on my truck and they told her I had 3yr 36k protection when I had actually purchased the 100k protection plan. Once I got that cleared up, it was time to take it to their service dept. It all started out fine- we took truck and dropped it off in the evening and Chris D. called me early the next morning with a diagnosis for why my trucks engine was missing. Bad dealership This dealership does not care about it's customers once the sale is made. I am a senior citizen who bought a used car for my grand daughter there. I also bought a warranty for the car. It has been a nightmare since. The car has been in the shop more than it has been at my home. The warranty has not covered the problems the car has and I am out thousands of dollars on this deal. No one there cares. I would never recommend this business to anyone
Car Dealer We bought a van from Van Chevrolet and were treated well. There was no hard pressure sales, they quoted a price and didn't keep us when we said we needed to look. Good place to trade if you get the right salesman.
When booking an appointment, you expect the service department to honor that appointment. I showed up this morning early for my scheduled service to first be told that they didn’t think their service guys knew how to perform all the elements of the maintenance and then was told they don’t do this service on a Saturday. Got special Veteran pricing through USAA that Van would not honor the price until the car I wanted had another 500 miles driven on it, even after putting a $500 deposit to hold the car until we got off work and could drive there. The sales supervisors comment. “We don’t need your business.” At least I got my $500 back. I purchased from another dealership that same evening.
