It's a small, quiet community. The folks here look out for one another. Welcome families, seniors, and single folks. Laundryroom available ok each building. Ms. Gundy is a great German lady who makes sure that the buildings are taken care of. Pets are welcome with a deposit. It's a great place to live and everyone there is really friendly. It's close to restaurants, groceries, and close to the highway for easy access to the rest of the city.

I lived here for about three years, and I loved every minute of it. The manager is friendly and always available to contact if maintenance was needed. Has a dishwasher and it’s updated. I love that part of Colorado Springs. It’s truly the most safe part of town.
