Art Pottery We where dissapointed by our visit to this pottery studio. There was not much information upon entering and no one to offer the free tour as advertized. Entry was free which was good. The studio was old and not a place I would recommend as a must see. You could purchase pottery and other items there but all was very expensive.
Van Briggle is world class Van Briggle - even the pieces they are currently producing are world class. Set up in an old railroad roundhouse, Van Briggle Art Pottery is right off of Highway 24. You can't miss it! Go inside and get a tour of the amazing process the pottery takes to become a VAn Briggle piece. They still use the same processes they have used since they first opened so long ago. You can't tamper with perfection!
