I ordered a florist's choice bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered. The florist was very responsive and lovely to speak to over the phone. The flowers however, we're not even close to what should have been received for the price paid. I paid $162 for a bouquet of flowers in a vase. The fell over in the car on the way over to my mother's house, we're all crushed, but they were delivered anyways. In my opinion they should have delivered what was ordered.
