Too eager to make profit. Staff are treated unfairly
I called and asked in advance if my order would be available for pickup the following week, guy on the phone said yes. I took time off work, to pickup some tiles so I won't have to pay $200 in delivery for $30 in materials. And it wasn't ready when I arrived for my pickup date. Makes you pay for a skid fee as well that is "refundable" when I don't need one. Just a company that only works with bigger clients, smaller clients will not be catered to.
