It pains me to write a mediocre review for a local company but improvement is needed at this company. Here's what everyone (including the company) needs to know: 1. The website absolutely sucks for ordering. It has a difficult time correctly tracking items you place in the shopping cart. I've placed 4 different orders over the summer of 2025. Was able to find the grass seeds in at a reasonable price.
Had a great experience selecting a Banas step for our front entrance. Christine was very helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. A very nice driver fellow moved skids around so we could find just the right size and colour and even offered very much appreciated suggestions and even washed it so we could see the colour of the natural stone wet. Amazing service!
I was once fond of Van Beeks, maybe I was bias as they are also Dutch, but this uear i learned that if you are not a contractor, you are NOT important or worth 5 minutes to reply to emails. At the start of the sod season, i bought 30 rolls, and right from the start i was worried, the edges looked dried out from the very moment i bought i.
