First off let's talk about the people at Van America. They have actually been a joy to work with which isn't something you routinely hear. I mean from the design phase, through production, through hearing customer feedback and responding they have been five stars each and every time. From small changes to larger mods they have been great. Good people making a great product with excellent quality. Sounds unbelievable I know but true.

They took me in on short notice, diagnosed the issue with our Max Air fan and fixed it in short order and had us back in the road in time to see our granddaughters play in Kansas.

We’ve had our Van America build for about a month now and have already taken it on multiple overnight trips. This thing has been put through its paces — interstate miles, back roads, and dirt roads — and it hasn’t missed a beat. No rattling, easy to maneuver, and gas mileage better than expected. The interior craftsmanship is excellent. The upholstery on the walls and flooring material both look and feel premium. On our way from Salt Lake to St. George, our lift stopped working and our boy in his wheelchair needs to get in and out! Instead of turning around we were able to continue our trip to St. George and they got us in the next morning and found the problem! Thank goodness and now our trip will go well. Recommended by Compassion Mobility.
