We had a fantastic experience living at Van Allen! There are plenty of storage in our two-bedroom unit, which made it easy to stay organized. The community itself is wonderful—friendly neighbors, a welcoming atmosphere, and even our dog made so many great friends! I recently moved into Van Allen Apartments and have zero complaints thus far. The whole process was seamless. Sarah and Lilly were both on top of things and had maintenance address any issues during my walk through. Gary from maintenance was a pleasure and very efficient. So far it has been very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The location is a major plus for me being so close to shopping and dining as well as the highway.
