Dr. Balasetti is not only extremely skillful and knowledgeable in his field, but he is very kind, compassionate and genuinely cares about his patients (certainly in my case!). He performed an emergency procedure on me several months ago and since then, I have had two subsequent procedures and follow-up appointments that he has performed. He gives thorough explanations and invites questions if my husband or I have them. His staff is always friendly and my wait times at apppointments are very short. I waited over an hour in the exam room. He never came in so I left and went home. Very poor manners on his part. Now he wants more tests. Is anyone going to be there??
