No hospital is perfect, but the Indianapolis VA hospital is so much better than the corporate/insurance version of health care that is perfect in comparison. Staff is friendly and caring. Doctors buried in patients manage extremely well. Techs are helpful and efficient. I drive 60 miles to Indy rather than 5 miles to IU Health, in snow and freezing rain.
Clean, professional and on time.
I went on a Saturday for a walk-in x-ray hoping it wouldn’t be busy. Boy, was I right! I was in and out in about 15 minutes, believe it or not. My best experience ever with a VA visit.
