I don't go here anymore for serious care unless it's an ER visit. The care here is subpar. Hampton VA community care (Dental) is broken. I received one call with an incorrect extension (24900) left in my voicemail. Then I received a no contact letter two days later. I spoke to someone 3 days later who said they would pass along a message that I returned the call to the person who handles Dental. This rep gave me the correct extension (14900). As a traveling vet I had a medical emergency causing me to stay at this hospital overnight (about 36 hours total. It was a solid trip. Nobody goes to the hospital happy but everyone was friendly nice attentive and on their shit.
I have been going there for many years. All the staff treat me with the utmost respect and kindness. I live in North Carolina and the quality of care I receive definitely makes it worth the trip.
