We purchased the Malibu couch last year, December. And this is my 100% honest review. This is one of the most expensive couches that we’ve ever invested in and unfortunately, it is also one of the worst. The fabric is a huge issue, It is constantly pilling. Posted on the mainland LA location reviews (our location), but posted on here to warn fellow Hawaiians. Please don’t waste your time. You’ll spend more time arguing with customer service or warranty people, and all without resolutions. I bought a bed frame from here back in September and have gone through TWO warranty claims because it keeps breaking IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT IN THE EXACT SAME WAY. It is very bad
We bought the Charm 2.0 bed in the bamboo wood colour and the grey cloth headboard. I could not be happier, especially because of the price to value ratio. Plus, the Kaka'ako storeroom was especially friendly.
We ordered the couch at the beginning of March and were told that the estimated delivery date would be end of April. We received a confirmation email; however, it did not come with a tracking number. April came and went and we had not gotten an update (plenty of spam emails but no update) as to when our furniture would arrive so I called the company.
