You’ll spend more time arguing with customer service or warranty people, and all without resolutions. I bought a bed frame from here back in September and have gone through TWO warranty claims because it keeps breaking IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT IN THE EXACT SAME WAY. It is very bad
We bought the Charm 2.0 bed in the bamboo wood colour and the grey cloth headboard. I could not be happier, especially because of the price to value ratio. Plus, the Kaka'ako storeroom was especially friendly.
We ordered the couch at the beginning of March and were told that the estimated delivery date would be end of April. We received a confirmation email; however, it did not come with a tracking number. April came and went and we had not gotten an update (plenty of spam emails but no update) as to when our furniture would arrive so I called the company. Very unprofessional. I called today. One staff member(Elisha) response my call and I tried explain my situation but she keep talking without listening and eventually during conversation she pretend do not hear my voice and hang off my call. Wooow so unprofessional, it doesn’t make sense not hearing at all, she just doesn’t want to listen to my concern.
