You guys as a company are losing business to "Empire oil" because they FALSELY advertise valvoline oil changes (sign on shop and in pics online) for very cheap and then put cheap no name crap in your car. im pretty sure tbis is illegal.
My husband decided to go for the synthetic oil (same that I use at dealership and pay $50 for in my car).. he paid $95! Asked if they did anything else.. he said he didn’t ask/tell them to.. and the mileage is the same as the cheaper oil!
This is only the second time I went there in my work van for wheelchair Express and both times they don't check your air filter they never checked my lights they didn't check all my fluids all they checked with my transmission in my oil they didn't fill up my wiper fluid I have a brake light out but they don't know that cuz they didn't check it when I go to the one on East 10th and Sioux Falls they do everything they're great but sometimes I have to go to the one on 41st and they never do it right
Excellent service, seemed like a great bunch of employees.
