Been to Valvoline a few times in the past, but TODAY was special. After work, I checked my tire-pressure at a gas station, and noticed something in a tire. Stopped by 2 places on way home to get tire plugged, but didn't like the wait-time or prices, so I called Valvoline. They quoted me a better price AND had an open bay. They also give military discount. Once I arrived, they discovered the tire didn't need a plug; no punctures, leaks or anything. The shard didn't do any damage. Avoid this place they break stuff on your car and they ignore your phone calls and never call you back.

Brandon and Courtney don't seem to know what they are doing at all. Matt was the only one to seem to have any type of clue on how to do his job. He worked very hard the entire time we were here while the other two had to be told to help us. We appreciated Matt.
