My husband had the oil changed in our jeep today. He came home disgusted. He asked for a receipt, they told him they don't print them. You get it by email. After waiting 15 minutes, no email, he tried to explain they had the wrong email address. They called him names and made him very upset when he returned home.. The words they used, I won't repeat, but he is nothing like the names they called him. We'll never use them again.
The team that worked on my car were professional, personable, took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and made the experience easy, convenient, and fast. Thank you. Mo walked me through the whole process. Great personality.
