Just a tough grader. It was a positive experience. In fact, I’ll be going to Valvoline Natick instead of my Ford Dealer for basic service in the future. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. The location is convenient. Best of all, I don’t have to book an appointment a month in advance.

This is unacceptable. Two cars that arrived after mine were processed before me. There is clearly a serious management failure and a complete lack of order. Whoever is in charge needs to investigate this immediately and fix the system. This kind of disorganization is not acceptable from a professional service.
