Went in to get my oil changed on my Honda 4-cylinder 2.3 clearly states clearly states and all other sites your oil is full The higher One wanted to confirm that would be filled up to that level book calls for 4 1/2 of oil which would only put it between the two dots and cents I'm paying for five qts I wanted it brought up to that level long story short she said she would charge me for another half qt if that's what it took to reach the second full dot on my dipstick which would be full according to my manual, I'm already pa... read more
Incompetent. Never again. Put the oil pump in the engine to fill the oil walked away. Oil everywhere kept going filled my engine spilling all over. Told me my battery was bad. I k ew it wasn't. And it wasn't went right over to blaines to have it tested and so did another women lol! Worst staff they have no clue. I thought I was getting a location close to home not the case never be back

Alex asst mgr needs to be cloned. He rocks! Give him a raise!! Josh also working under my car. Nice and went above beyond working in major heat.
