Alex the assistant manager was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and all around good person! He helped me understand why I need to change the oil every 3,000-5,000 miles rather than the 7,000-10,000 the internet says. I am grateful I stopped in here- there was a coupon I received in the mail and I will 100% be a return customer! I was able to get full synthetic full service and get out of there in under $80! I arrived around 810am, this is my first time at a Valvoline. All three bays were full, when the center bay opened Melissa ushered me forwarded letting me know it was just her and Ethan and that the time might be longer than normal. I work right around the corner at 9am so I took my chance and stayed. I watched as Melissa directed Ethan on what needed to be done and they worked flawlessly and got all three of us out of there by 850a and I made it to work with time to spare.
