People were friendly and helpful. They were not pushy but educational about things we may want to do to keep our car running longer.
I visited the location on a Saturday for an oil change. As for that part, the shop did an acceptable job. Past that, I was reminded of all the reasons why I change oil myself. I was bombarded with so many items to upsell; it was a complete turn-off. One of the guys suggested that I change my windshield wipers. I told him they were only about 3 weeks old, at which point he began arguing about how bad of shape they were.
