These guys are the best
I stopped by Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 200 Boone Station Rd, in Shelbyville, KY on a busy weekday afternoon, and I have to say—I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I pulled in, the team was attentive and welcoming. They guided me into the bay smoothly and explained every step of the oil change process without being pushy about extras (which I really appreciate). They did offer helpful suggestions about my air filter and wipers, but it never felt like a hard sell.
I usually don't use Valvoline. We have all heard horror stories here and there. But let me tell you. This one under the management of Elizabeth Mansfield, you can trust whole heartedly.
