The culture of the team was great! They made the experience enjoyable they all seemed well educated. Gave me a few laughs and even amused my 4 yr old! All and all highly satisfied and will be back!
Great experience! Everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful! Would recommend to others. Got my oil changed, cooling flushed, new license plate light, and they fixed a rattle under the car coming from around the muffler. Really appreciated their work!
On March 20, my boyfriend took my car to Valvoline to get an oil change. He also got an air filter change and something for the wipers. The next day, the service engine light came on, the service parking brake light began to flash on and off, the all-wheel-drive light begin to flash on and off. He took it back to them to see if they could check it just to make sure they didn’t bump something during the service. They refused and said I needed to take it somewhere else.
