I literally drove in and then drove right out. First of all, the guy was sitting in his car when I pulled up. He walked incredibly slow from his car to the store. When I couldn't get my tires to straighten out fast enough for him, he started talking shit like I couldn't hear him. He said, what the actual hell is going on here? She can't get her tires straight. Really? You're there to do a job. I'll go to my usual Valvoline where they actually do their job and are helpful.
Friendly and helpful. Gave me a coupon when I didnt have one. Went above and beyond helping me with an extra issue.
