Update: I was contacted by the Valvoline Customer Care and the store ordered new mounting brackets and bolts. I went in today(12-27-25) and new parts were installed on my truck and skid plate was reattached. Thank you for ordering the new parts and fixing the problem. Went in (12-15-25) to have the oil changed on my 2024 Nissan Frontier that has less than 10,000 miles. They had to drop the skid plate that is held up by 4 bolts to get to the oil filter.
