Matt couldn’t even work his computer system. Place is an overpriced joke
Ever since Valvoline bought this out the service has continually gotten worse. Every time I have gone there they have struggled worse and worse with a simple oil change. Today's took an hour and had to call the manager in because they didn't feel "comfortable" taking off my oil filter- which by the way they've done close to 10 or more times for this specific car. Wish I could give negative stars. Actually, I wish I could drive this whole review into reverse and peel out of this experience entirely. I came in with a $25 coupon, thinking I’d give this place a shot after chatting with a sweet assistant online. I was feeling optimistic—until I pulled in (first time ever driving into a service bay, mind you) and my wheels were angled a bit. Went there to have my oil changed they were very rude the assistant manager Matt was an ass and so was Zach would not change the oil because I would not put synthetic in I talked to corporate they told me there's supposed to do what the customer wants and they did not
