I tired to use a coupon for $11 in my email and the worker literally said it looked like”fake”. I showed him the entire email but he didn’t honor it and instead said well if you buy this extra thing I’ll be able to give you 15% off. THEN, at the end of the service the technician showed me the oil level. Out of no where the guy that was in the bay walked pass in this moment and said “she wouldn’t even know if there was no oil in the car”.
