I’ve never had anything but stellar service. The staff is always friendly and welcoming no matter the time of day or temperature outside. At the location on 40, Rick was extremely nice and friendly and explained everything well and was prompt and got me in and out in no time. That’s why I bring all my vehicles here and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

There was a blonde woman wearing a jacket with “manager” on it. I didn’t get her name, but I need to let you know that she was the most professional person I have seen at a valvoline. Her team also were fast, efficient and communicative. We were out of there within 20 minutes. Usually I’d gripe about the cost of the service, but they blew it out of the park for me. I hope they get their kudos.
The technicians were very nice and efficient. I was there for less than 10 minutes. Great service.
