Went on a "Let's find something that needs to be fixed or is on the Mfg. list of suggested services based on your mileage" that we can upsell you so we can get more from you. They had never seen my vehicle before, but knew so much that needed to be addressed. I think the only person who didn't come to my window to show me "this is the error/code we see", was the one who drained the oil from below.
