Went on a "Let's find something that needs to be fixed or is on the Mfg. list of suggested services based on your mileage" that we can upsell you so we can get more from you. They had never seen my vehicle before, but knew so much that needed to be addressed. I think the only person who didn't come to my window to show me "this is the error/code we see", was the one who drained the oil from below. I've visited this particular Valvoline a number of times since they opened. They are always quick. I get to stay in my car. The staff is professional, nice and informative. I like to use Valvoline for those reasons above and they siphon the oil out of my car. Instead of draining it thru the cheaply and poorly designed oil pan on my new car. Big O tires cracked the plastic pan and stripped the nut or screw. And it cost me 400$ the next oil change i had done in my local town. The two young men were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked well together and did not waste time or try to upsell any products. They did a thorough job of checking my vehicle and communicating with me. I know they were understaffed, but they did not rush or complain. You can be proud of the work done at this location.
