We went to valvoline for the first time today and I don’t think we will sue anyone else. They checked everything and didn’t try selling us extra stuff. They communicate very well and are very friendly and their service is quick and efficient and I personally loved that I could stay in my car and not sit in the lobby.
Great service, timely, very knowledgeable crew. A little shout out for Nick and Austin who went above and beyond!!!
I haven’t gotten my oil changed in a minute bc I hate getting out of my car and dealing with all of that but this is quite literally the easiest most convenient place. The staff were all very professional, polite, and helpful. The manager helped and answered all questions I had. 100% going to be utilizing this place for every oil change!
The staff was *very* professional, checked things (like battery) that my previous oil change place did not. They obviously had a list of items to go through, which they did. I was very impressed and told them so.
