Came in for an oil change on a Sunday afternoon (9/20) at the West Side location in Evansville, IN and there were three cars in the bay, and three of us waiting to get in. There were only two technicians running the entire operation that day and they worked flawlessly together. Super efficient, friendly, straight to the point, funny and incredibly professional. Everyone is professional and nice. They explain everything and are quick and thorough.
Charged another hundred nine dollars for an all change and topping off. All fluids
Very professional. I was able to stay in my vehicle, so if they had any questions, I was right there to answer them. I was able to watch all that they done as well.
The length was fine but it was ridiculously expensive. Last time I went to Valvoline, it cost me $65, I paid $120 with a $15 coupon this time. Not returning.
