It would be nice if as a woman I was not talked down to and or talked to as if I am stupid or know nothing.
My 92 year old father had a $30 coupon for his oil change. He presented the coupon to the gentleman when get got there. During the oil change someone else was helping him. When he got ready to pay, the $30 coupon was not applied. He mentioned it and they said they had already rang up the service and could not change it. The first gentleman confirmed he received the coupon. He was told to go home and get on his computer to file a claim. Again, he is 92. He does not have a computer.
