I've utilized this location for the past 10 years (on and off depending on my work schedule), but this time was by far the worst experience. I arrived, the staff drained the oil from my vehicle, proceeded to top off the windshield fluid and coolant, and replace the air filter, but when they should have started adding back the oil, everything stopped. Told to wait. Would just be a "couple minutes." Twenty minutes later I am still idling away precious gas, and time, until finally I put it in reverse and leave. I asked the employee how much for a conventional oil change on a Honda Civic. He had no idea. I felt so reassured, lol. Complete waste of one hour of my life on ineptitude.
Fast efficient and friendly knowledgeable experience
Friendly and fast service. Highly recommend! The guys here checked everything even my lights. I was greeted when I arrived and they all said bye when I left. I had a tire reading low air and then even put air in my tire. Thanks for the great service!
