I had a tire pop on the highway, and got off by the Valvoline. One of the workers noticed, and was so kind and helped me get my spare on. He then filled up my tires for me so I could get where I needed to go. I have been there since for an oil change, and the service is great!
Jesse the manager took care of me. Very great team. Always an efficient and thorough experience. Everything very clean. Love coming here.
Maddie and Tyler were so nice and such a big help! My car wasnt working and they helped figure it out, and changed my oil fast!
I love Valvoline as whole, but this location is HORRIBLE. I let the "tech" know I am here for emissions and registration as well as an oil change while waiting in line. He says "okay" i get up to the front and let the girl know the exact same thing. She completely disregards me and after the oil change goes to run my card. I let her know I still need an emissions test. She says "our tech won't be available for another 30 minutes" then goes into the techs room and comes back out and says he'll be out in a sec.
