This was my first experience at a quick oil change place, and I certainly will never be back. I’ve always done the oil myself or take them to the dealership for my nicer cars. First of all, it’s way overpriced. It was $100 ($99.99) plus tax for a full synthetic oil change when I can buy enough oil and a filter for $40 or less. At that, or wholesale pricing, there’s no reason why they should be charging $100. Maddie was so helpful, and I appreciated that she asked me for permission to check my air filters. that was a first for me to even have them checked, let alone be helped by someone who had such kind manners.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! They broke a part on my car, then lied and said it was broken on arrival so they”replaced” it as a courtesy. They replaced it with a cheap part that isn’t the right one for my car. Now they won’t admit to what they did. Super poor customer service! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
The dishonesty here is shocking. They got my oil change done quick and efficiently. I am concerned about their honesty though. When they finished my oil change they gave me a paper and told me I needed a tire rotation. I had my tires rotated the week before. They also tried to tell me that I needed a new cabin air filter which also confused me because they didn’t even look at it and I had changed it just last month.
