I have been needing an oil change and finally had time today so I stopped by Valvoline. The girl working came up to me and told me the wait would be 30 minutes. I told her that was totally fine. And she proceeded to tell me that is a long wait and that I should go to a different location. I told her 30 minutes was no problem for me and she just kept telling me that is wasn’t rational of me to stay there. My visit was extremely fast and I got a lot done! I got an oil change, my emissions test, and my on the spot registration renewal. I only waited about 5 minutes to go into the bay and then all the work took about 20 minutes. It was fast, convenient, and everyone working there was respectful and helpful.
Always fast and no pressure to purchase add ons. Friendly and competent.
Quick efficient it was fast and easy
I had a tire pop on the highway, and got off by the Valvoline. One of the workers noticed, and was so kind and helped me get my spare on. He then filled up my tires for me so I could get where I needed to go. I have been there since for an oil change, and the service is great!
