I’ve been utilizing Valvoline for my oil changes for the last 15+ years. The oil change I received today at the Perrysburg location was exceptional. Jon and the rest of the team were so helpful, kind, and funny. They made sure when they went over my car maintenance, they didn’t make me feel inferior or uncomfortable. 10/10.
Team members were coordinated; pertinent questions were asked; service was timely; visuals were shared where possible (air filter).
Oil change was very quick and efficient. The guys, we're very polite. I would say oil change took less than 30 minutes, including checking the tires, windshield wipers, and fluid levels.
