I went to VIOC for an oil change and tire rotation using an $81.99 Groupon deal I purchased. I expected to pay taxes and a bit extra for the rotation, but the total shown was $180 before the Groupon and still around $140 afterward. They used specialty European oil without making me aware or even asking prior to changing my oil, which felt like an unnecessary upsell since my previous shop always used standard full synthetic Mobil 1 with no issues.
