Dwayne at Valvoline is super professional and competant. He will take of you and your vehicle. Made it worth the trip.
I was hesitant to return to this location, however, I trust Vavoline for my oil changes, as I am out of state. I was highly impressed by the new management - Dwayne Bolton. Not only professional, but personable. He assisted me with resetting the alert system, guiding me through needs vs. opportunities; truly showed his level of integrity and knowledge. The manager (Dwayne), topside (Nicholas), and bottom side (Paul) were all very kind and helpful, showing/telling me what they checked and what they observed. Very respectful and quick too.
