Excellent employees at THIS Valvoline. Thank you for the fast and friendly oil change. I have been to the other Valvoline in the same city and this by far is worlds better. The staff the friendliness and the management are highly appreciated. This is the Valvoline behind Lowe’s in uniontown not the Valvoline on route 40.
Service Tech was very rude the entire time. I believe his name was just Z. He did not introduce himself and his jacket was open which could have obscured the rest of the name. Oil change was quick after I waited for about 15 minutes in the parking lot. They didn’t check my lights or tire pressure like they typically do despite not being that busy. Not the first time I’ve not had a great experience at a Uniontown Valvoline. It was just the closest option.
We were on travel and had a broken headlight, and we needed an oil change. Here, our issues were solved, quickly and in a friendly manner.
