Went to get my diesel oil change. Also air filter changed. Got back to my location and the engine wasn't sounding, right So I looked under the hood, there's oil all over the top of the engine, and where they changed the air filter, there's no screw likes they completely forgot to put them back in
I’d give the customer service from the guys doing the oil change five stars. They were friendly and professional. But as far as the “check and fill” service they claim to provide—like topping off windshield washer fluid, checking tire pressure, and inspecting other items—that was a complete lie. I thought Take 5 was bad until I got home and realized I still had no windshield washer fluid.
