John with the beard and the misses working above and below my car did an amazing job! Very polite and genuine. I recommend them to anyone I know. We all knew what my car needed and they didn't judge me bc I rode my car 3,000+ miles above the recommended usage but it's all great and dandy. Thank you for making my car like new again! Y'all are the best!
The gentlemen working the bay are always nice and lively! Their attention to detail and explaining everything to you in simple terms so no miscommunication is great. They tell you want your car needs based on your milage and even recommend us the proper oil to go with our car. My wife and I purposely drive from Yorktown to this valvoline for this crew, even giving us a coupon! Thank yall for the great work, see you again in 3 months!
