If I Could Give 10,000 Stars, I Would! Jeremiah, Josie, and Victor were absolutely incredible fast, honest, kind, and genuinely considerate. I was so impressed by how attentive and respectful they were, not only with the service but even in acknowledging my kids waiting in the backseat. That small gesture meant so much. I always feel like they are thorough and organized. The process is easy and I don't feel high pressure for an upsell. They offer politely and i have been getting the additional services but they are respectful and friendly.
Kevin has poor customer service skills. Waited around for someone to finish my service and Kevin who was helping me started to pretend work on another customer when I was there first and had already paid. His co worker realized I was still waiting started to pump oil in my car because I’m watching them stand around and socialize . Last time I come to this spot.
