I waited for about 15 minutes behind a car that was being serviced. Normally, someone approaches my window to ask why I’m there, check my lights, and greet me. This time, multiple employees just looked at me without saying anything or offering help. Eventually, I gave up and left. Customer service really shouldn’t be this difficult. :(
I was so happy to come to this Location in costa mesa, Armando welcome was amazing he make sure to explain every service that my car needs i will be back soon to do the extra mainance that my car needs. I also recomend this location they are so profecionals and kind. Excellent service.

Valvoline is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. I went in for what should have been the simplest service in the world — an oil change — and instead they managed to destroy my engine. A job that any real mechanic can do in their sleep turned into thousands of dollars of damage to my car, all because of their complete incompetence and carelessness. This place is nothing but a scam.
