I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service at this shop. I came in for an oil change on my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a 3.0L V6 diesel engine (OM642), which requires approximately 12.5 liters (13 quarts) of oil. I clearly informed the staff that the engine needs at least three full 4-liter containers, but they ignored my instructions and only filled about 6.5 liters (1.7 gallons).
