I was going to Take 5 for years, but after several questionable oil changes I decided to give Valvoline a try. I am so glad I did. I had my oil changed at the Round Rock location, and John was very helpful and kind. Had to come back a second time because my car kept alerting me that my oil pressure was low and Edmundo, John and Nathan were once again very helpful and respectful. No hassle service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my 2021 truck into Valvoline for service, they looked on there computer and said I had a couple of services due, and the transmission oil flush was one recommended. After this, everything went downhill. Before their service, my truck was running perfectly. No shifting issues, no slipping, nothing out of the ordinary. I had a great experience at this oil change location. The service was quick, professional, and transparent. Ed was especially helpful — he explained everything clearly without pressure and made sure I was comfortable with the recommendations. He was polite and easy to talk to. Definitely a place I’ll come back to for future maintenance.
