The customer service was great. I've been going to this particular location since 2011 and experience little to no issues regarding the care of my vehicle. They are friendly and efficient with service.

My oil change Light kept coming on my dash, but my sticker said, I wasn't due yet for an oil change. So I drove by this Valvoline on i35 and 45. They checked my oil and said it was fine wasn't due for another a 2000 miles. They also checked my tire Pressure, my signal lights and didn't charge me a dime, and it all only took about ten minutes! Very friendly:)
