I got water in my oil and I’ve been coming to this location since I got my vehicle two years ago. I have every last receipt and oil sticker on my car. Pray it no blown head gasket. Yall are horrible bad ass oil. I should’ve known from my 1st car I was bringing to yall. Lesson learned won’t be back. !!
The service was prompt and I was informed step by step what was done and the cost of additional recommended services. I was shown on the monitor what was recommended and what the cost would be. I was not pressured in any way at all to get these recommended services that day. I was also informed of which services could be done at Valvoline and which services would require a trip to my mechanic. The team was friendly, courteous, efficient and professional.
