I’ve been using Valvoline for a few years now (though a different location) and the reason I keep coming back is the mechanics/team are always incredibly personable but also honest and dependable. They are snake oil salesman trying to con you into adding things on you don’t need. They give you an honest overview of things, let you know the span of how long you have until you need to get something changed (like a filter or tire rotation) and are incredibly respectful about it whereas other places I’ve been before in the past ... read more

Had to get a new car due to oil mixing with water because they didnt do the oil change right!! Do not come here unless you want to spend 2k down a new car.
I’ve been coming here for about two years, and the service has been flawless every single time — today included. Huge thank you to Josilyn, Jordan, and the tire-pressure checker (whose name I didn’t catch) for taking such good care of Beastie again! You all always go above and beyond, and it shows! i took my vehicle here this week and the service was beyond amazing! i noticed there was a new manager, josilyn! she was amazing and you can tell the crew has changed everything around since my last visit! they all informed me of what would help my vehicle! the crew was professional and friendly!
