Spilled oil in engine compartment, left oil filter loose. No resolution other than we really appologize for the inconvenience. Called customer care back with no resolution other than the store manager would be the person to contact. I will not be returning to this location for further “SERVICE “ of any kind. After posting the second review: Customer care did call me back and got the store manager on the phone with me to give me a refund for the oil change.
I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so efficient and friendly and also suggested a coupon that saved me $25. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!
Great service & crew!
Heaven was great and knowledgeable at her job! Amazing customer service! Be sure to give her employee of the year or a raise!
