The young man was very nice. Unfortunately, once I was in the bay and he pulled up my information, he found that they were out of the oil filter specified for my vehicle. I was told I could go out and purchase my filter elsewhere, bring it back and they would complete my requested service. I was expected to pay full price even if I provided the filter! No thanks.
