Quick service.
I went two days in a row once with each car I own. The order was the same but the experience wasn’t. They didn’t check the lights on my van during my first visit. This makes me wonder if they checked everything else between the two vehicles. Details matter!
Great staff, but I got in line at 8:50 to be the first in line at 9am on a Sunday and they didn't open the door until 9:20am.
The tech took the time to explain what was going on and what services were recommended for my vehicle they aired up my tires they reset my old percentage which I didn't know how to reset and they also topped off all of my fluid and made sure to wipe off any spills in my engine compartment
I went to get an oil change this morning. It all was fast and smooth good customer service. Later that day I drove the car in the highway and a low oil pressure lights turns on. I had to pull over. I was super scared and called customer service who where unable to reach that particular location. They opened a claim and had me waiting for a long time while on the expressway.
