As a busy mom of 3 I've been using Valvoline for years. Recently moved so this is a new location. Amazing service as always & they will offer extras but never push or hassle you. Rick was very friendly & explained everything. Highly recommend!
So fast and friendly staff. Always pleasure to get my oil changed here.
Stripped the threads on the oil pan plug. Went back 2 times to get it fixed. Told me to call in and submit a claim. Did that and radio silent. Not even a call back after I called in 2 separate times. Didn't even offer a refund on the oil change. AVOID this place. Clearly they have incompetency from the garage to the front office.
Had my oil changed here on Friday 8.15.25 and as of Saturday my car was leaking oil!!! A problem that I never had before! I took it to a mechanic per Valvoline’s customer service line and they stated that the oil ring was never put back on the filter! I went back to let them know and the Hispanic manager was very rude!
