Logan at Valvoline was great. He was nice, straight forward and helped a lot. He’s also the first person at an autoshop that hasn’t tried selling me an air filter (just got mine replaced 2 months ago). I’ve had people try to sell me and tell me mines bad after a month. I appreciate their help.

I come here all the time for my oil change but 2 days ago i had a problem, which was my hood rod hit my battery positive terminal and it melted into the battery. I called it in and they told me to call the next morning which i did and then the manger told me that he will look at the cameras and get back to me which he did not. I had to call back the following day and i was told that the video showed the technician putting it back correctly and it is not their fault since it happened a few hours afterwards. Always the best service and a friendly staff. No pressure sales, and you're in and out in 30 minutes or less.
Their own app, website, and emails says they open at 6:30am on Sunday. I showed up, they did not. Waste of time.
