I had a truly disappointing first ever experience at this Valvoline location at 3249 Memorial Blvd. From the moment I arrived, no one took the time to explain anything thoroughly, do their job with care, or even communicate at a basic level. I understand this is a fast-paced environment, but based on my experience, it felt very clear that they value speed and money over customer satisfaction. I had a blast, they were so quick and easy and the price was incredibly reasonable for the wait time, would recommend coming again.
The assistant manager Braeden will try to overcharge you for services. (What else is new) I pulled in and immediately they drained my oil without telling me the price also tried to sell me an air filter for $27 dollars then tried to raise the price to 39 dollars and when I said no he took it back down to $27 dollars and once the oil was drained he tried to charge me an astronomical amount of money for the oil change.
