The people at this particular location and the one on Franklin Road are exceptional in customer service, customer care, timelines, communication, and cleanliness. They always make me feel at ease and explain everything thoroughly. I’ll pay whatever price for this level of service.
This place is terrible! They were extremely rude to my fiancé when she was just trying to do what they told her to do. They were condescending and talked to her like she was stupid. We will never go back and I suggest no one else does either unless you want to be treated like you’re an idiot. Very unprofessional. Do better.
