This was my second time at the location - I meant to leave a review the first time, but I am now to express my appreciation for the consistently wonderful service here! I have a 2024 Kia Carnival. With being such a new model, and a new motor for Kia, Valvoline doesn't carry the filter I need. I knew that in advance and brought my own, but it ended up being the wrong filter. The techs at this location called around to find the correct filter and went to two different places to get it. They were so apologetic, even though it was my fault to begin with, and did absolutely everything to make sure I left happy.
