Bad service, rude manager!
I went in for lube and oil. Asked the assistant manager to make sure they get all my zerts, his response our grease gun is broken we are not doing lubes. How do you run an oil change business and not provide all services. I WALKED AWAY NEVER TO RETURN!!!
Went in for an oil change, later to find out the next day they never changed it and it was still the same old oil, very unprofessional of them to scam me for a service I paid for, will not be coming again
Friendly and speedy service. Appreciated that it wasn't a high pressure purchase experience. Service members brought some issues to my attention with my vehicle I wasn't aware of and educated in which I appreciate it. Eli and Paige were great!
Always thorough and very friendly. And answers all the questions that I have. All the employees at the Tualatin Valvoline have a wonderful attitude. Thank you. I will always go to this Valvoline for my oil changes and other services.
