Apparently they no longer top your fluids, fill your tires anymore? Have been going to Valvoline for YEARSSSS and that was always done without asking. I went today for an oil change and had to specifically ask to fill my tires... The technicians were great but... it appears that the basic things they used to do they dont anymore??? Very confused. With the premium price you pay for just the oil change the least they can do is fill my wiper fluid up and check my tires. :/

Bad service, rude manager!
I went in for lube and oil. Asked the assistant manager to make sure they get all my zerts, his response our grease gun is broken we are not doing lubes. How do you run an oil change business and not provide all services. I WALKED AWAY NEVER TO RETURN!!!
