He walked me through everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, and made the whole process fast and smooth. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job and making sure customers leave happy. Calen deserves a raise!
The staff did a good job and were very friendly and answered all my questions.
Questionable skills. It doesn't install confidence when there are three people looking under your hood and saying things like "I assume that is where we connect" or when one of them has to get their phone and Google how to change the transmission fluid on your vehicle. Add to that when one asks "Do we use the red or black hose?" and the response is "That isn't my area of expertise".
