Being an older woman and no knowledge of car maintenance except to depend on the person doing it is trust worthy, I was totally impressed with Valvoline, Sebastian, at this station. He was informative, very polite, and trust worthy going thru the process of my oil change. One of the other gentleman, didn't get his name, also explained to me what my sensor light (was on continuously) was and why I needed to have it checked out and even suggested O'reilly's for that!
