I go to Valvaline because it is supposed to be fast. Unfortunately I was given a 20+ minute sales pitch on all the additional services I should have. I will be looking for a faster option for my next oil change.

I had the fuel system cleaning done on my wife's 2018 Ram.
At Valvoline 6023 FM 3009 Schertz, TX, Scott, Gregory and Luis accomplished a full service change in approximately 12 minutes. Because it was near closing time I offered to return tomorrow but they insisted that I should stay for service because one of them stated "are my doors not still open?" I obliged and the customer service, conversation, and overall friendliness of each individual was exemplary. I'm glad that I chose Valvoline. Thank y'all so very much!!!
